Jazz Fest falls on the last weekend of April and the first weekend of May.
Each weekend is booked as a separate week.

These prices do include tax for jazzfest only
Mardi Gras Rates 2010
Carnival day is February 16th 2010, which is Mardi Gras day (Fat Tuesday).   This is the end
of carnival season, which begins weeks before Mardi Gras Day. Rates are for one week
minimum even if you don't stay the whole week, taxes not included.

Voodoo Fest Rates 2010
We are booking now for Halloween Weekend !

We require a $50.00 deposit (non-refundable in case of cancellation) to reserve a room.
Prices do not include Tax.               Taxes are:  4% tax Hotel Motel Tax and $.50 per night City Room Tax.
     You must have a credit card in your own name to make a reservation.
We accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards, travelers checks, money orders, or personal checks.
      All rates are for seven nights.  Once you have stayed for a week, you can stay for extra nights at the same rate per
night ( weekly rate divided by 7).
